Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, family, household, IP address or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. If your information changes, you must inform our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You will be personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact khelobet support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawals and for transactions above a certain amount, khelobet may verify your identity. A copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving license may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at khelobet is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The same minimum deposit amount applies to each payment method. Accepted payment methods for deposits are:

• Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking)
• Bank Transfer (all scheduled banks)

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposit funds are generally credited to the account instantly. Bank transfers may take slightly longer.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, and only in the name registered on the account.

Our team reviews each withdrawal request before it is processed. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended due to suspicious activity or incomplete KYC verification.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

khelobet accepts Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted. If any currency conversion fee or hidden charge applies, it will be clearly communicated before the transaction.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will give you the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, bringing your total balance to ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. It is not possible to withdraw a bonus without completing the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each bonus has an expiry period within which the wagering must be completed.
• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or game categories.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through multiple accounts or fraud, the bonus will be cancelled.
• khelobet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If there is any ambiguity in the terms of a bonus, khelobet's interpretation shall be final.

5.4 VIP and Loyalty Program

Regular members receive special benefits through our VIP tier system. There are five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. Regular active participation is required to advance to higher tiers.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Game Results

All games on khelobet are operated using secure and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are completely impartial and not predetermined. Live dealer games are broadcast in real time directly from third-party studios.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game stops midway due to server downtime, internet disconnection or any other technical issue, we will review the situation and make an appropriate decision. False winning amounts displayed due to technical errors will not be paid out.

6.3 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the game's own interface. khelobet reserves the right to change betting limits on any game. If an unusual betting pattern is identified, the account may be suspended for review.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:
